Job Description: MAJR Products is veteran owned small business located in Saegertown PA, we’re seeking an engineer to help support the increased demand for MAJR’s shielding products within the defense industry. Our offering including various electromagnetic and radio frequency shielding products and material such as EMI gasket, elastomers and seals, EMI windows and Shielded ventilation panels.

This position will require utilization of Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and other software to help in the design and development of shielding solutions that meet our customers military and defense requirements. Our engineering department is positioned to support all aspects of the business and regularly provides assistance to the sales team, customers, and even our manufacturing team on matters of product quality.

We’re seeking candidates that have interest in a variety of engineering duties and will be a good team player while working with other departments.

Requirements: MAJR is looking for candidates who are mechanically oriented, fluent with 3D drafting software, quality focused and ready to learn.

A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required with a strong preference for a ME. We will also be considering candidates graduating in the spring of 2022, available internship hours preferred with the intent on moving into a fulltime position after graduation.

US citizenship is also a requirement due to government contract work and maintaining ITAR compliance.
